Braintree Practices

On the third Saturday of most months, a Ladies’ practice is held at the Braintree Rifle and Pistol Club.  Ladies new to shooting will be given a safety lesson and provided with loaner guns and one-on-one instruction as they learn to shoot.   No equipment or experience is necessary, we will provide everything you need!  A $5 donation per practice is appreciated to help us cover ammunition and maintenance costs.  If you are a new shooter, please plan to arrive promptly at 2:00!

More experienced ladies can make use of the loaner guns or bring their own firearms and shoot with the rest of the Second Amendment Sisters.  Some months the ladies will be led in shooting drills designed to teach new skills or a special shooting theme may be featured.  We also try to schedule seminars before most practices with guest experts who will offer a lesson on a firearms-related subject and often offer a gun cleaning tutorial at the end of practice.

Boston Practices

No  events are scheduled to take place at the Boston Rifle and Gun Club in 2010, but check back in the future.  In years past we have held introductory practices as well as Ladies-only IPSC/IDPA-style fun matches at this range.

Special Events

We schedule several special events throughout the year, such as our Learn to Shoot Day in the fall, trips to gun shops or shows, and collaborative efforts such as the Second Amendment Sisters group attending an Appleseed Shoot this year!
